Shortened to گوندی باشقال Bashqal Village, this village is next to the last checkpoint before Akre, coming from Shaqlawa. It has old homes and ten or eleven caves cut into the stony hillside.
Osman Bashqali (https://www.facebook.com/bashqali.osman) says the chambers were underground cisterns for storing snow and rain.
Photos of the ruins of old stone-built houses. Looks as though there is a lot of "kalapuri" here.
