Hasaniya quay ruins (approx)

These are part of Sennacherib's canal system.

A scattered heap of ashlar blocks, very similar in size to the Zinawa Ghazi feature, found on the left bank of the Khazir River near the Hasaniyeh bridge. The surveyors interpret these blocks as the remains of a similar quay feature that had been destroyed by recent gravel mining. Ur & Reade 2015
