The cemetery by the castle has three discernible groupings, though many graves lack inscriptions. At the beginning are some which show suns, daggers, and swords: these are Zoroastrian symbols.

The graves next to a rock wall date to Saladin's era. Lore says one grave belongs to his grandfather. Another group is about 200 years old, some with inscriptions, especially some linked with knights.
