Entrance to Ankawa

This statue is at the terminus of a municipal art installation and garden along a boulevard strip at the entrance to Ankawa.

A pool (usually empty) at the Saint Mary statue is part of a series of fountains (usually defunct) and plantings which link to a few sculptures in disrepair. The eye, the repetition of threes, and other motifs recall Christian theology.
